Eric Stager brings five years of dedicated experience in occupational safety and health to his role as Safety Management Consultant at MEMIC. His professional background includes distinguished service in both military and federal positions. He served as Chief Master Sergeant and Senior Enlisted Leader of the 439th Civil Engineer Squadron in the U.S. Air Force, and later as a Compliance Safety and Health Officer with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). He also held the role of High Voltage Electrical Supervisor at Hanscom Air Force Base.

Eric has a Master Electrical License in Connecticut and a Journeyman’s License in Massachusetts. He was recognized as an electrical safety expert at the OSHA office in Springfield, Massachusetts, with a specialization in fall hazard prevention. Eric's academic background includes associate degrees in Electrical Mechanical Technology and Communication Navigation from the Community College of the Air Force, as well as an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Minneapolis Community & Technical College.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys riding and racing motocross.
