Become an appointed MEMIC agency
If your agency would like to be considered for an appointment with MEMIC, please complete and submit the Agency Survey via DocuSign.
MEMIC will review your survey and contact you to discuss next steps.

Get authorized to submit Maine business
Complete the Application for Authorization to submit Maine business.
After MEMIC reviews your application and confirms your license information, we will notify you whether your agency is authorized to submit Maine business.
Note: Both the producer and agency must hold a nonresident Maine license.
