MEMIC Updates Website Terms of Use Effective Today
MEMIC has implemented updates to its Website Terms of Use, effective today, April 29, 2025. These changes enhance user experience and provide greater clarity for all website visitors.
What's New
The updated Terms of Use include several key improvements now in effect:
- Enhanced Readability: While maintaining their legal significance, the terms have been restructured with clearer headings and section references to make them easier to navigate and understand.
- Refined Dispute Resolution Framework: The updated terms clarify procedures for resolving potential disputes, including specific processes for individual arbitrations and cases involving multiple similar claims. A class action waiver has also been added, though users can opt out of the Arbitration Agreement by following instructions in Section 2(H) of the Terms.
- Updated Liability and Indemnification Provisions: MEMIC has revised terms related to limitations of liability and circumstances under which users may be required to indemnify the company.
