Portland, Maine – The MEMIC Group, a leading super-regional workers’ compensation insurance company, has hired Jodi Hughes as Senior Production Underwriter, bringing more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry.

Hughes joins MEMIC after serving as a Senior Production Underwriter at BerkleyNet, where she specialized in workers’ compensation. Previously, she spent 12 years as an Underwriter with Arrowhead Insurance Services, developing deep expertise in underwriting and risk management.

Hughes holds multiple industry designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Underwriting (AU), and Associate in Insurance (AINS). She also maintains a Property & Casualty license and is an active member of the DC CPCU Society Chapter.
