MEMIC Expands Northeast Underwriting Team with New Hire Sean Rutledge
Portland, ME – The MEMIC Group, the third-largest multi-state workers' compensation specialist in the United States, welcomes Sean Rutledge to its Northeast underwriting team as a Production Underwriter. Based in Massachusetts, Rutledge will partner with agents and employers across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, specializing in small business accounts.

We look forward to building success together.”
Rutledge holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bridgewater State University and completed Travelers’ Underwriting Professional Development Program, further strengthening his technical knowledge and approach to underwriting.
“I connect deeply with MEMIC’s mission and values, and the opportunity to help grow its impact in the workers’ compensation space made this an easy decision for me,” said Rutledge. “I’m excited to be part of the team and contribute to the work we’re doing.”
