Nikko Severson has over 10 years of experience in environmental health and safety, helping organizations identify hazards, strengthen safety programs, and create safer workplaces.

Prior to joining MEMIC, Nikko served as an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist with Charles River Laboratories and as a Project Manager with Triumvirate Environmental. His experience includes the development, implementation, and management of core safety programs, including biosafety and industrial hygiene initiatives.

Nikko earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Outside of work, Nikko enjoys hiking, camping, and gaming.
