Jessica Czel
Loss Control Consultant II, GSPĀ®
“Making a difference through culture has been a noted passion of mine throughout my work environments and personal endeavors. A positive safety culture drives organizations to become safety stars in the industry, and being part of that journey has been the most rewarding aspect of this profession. Establishing values, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement set the groundwork for a successful safety culture. Together, we can build this foundation to ensure workers are maintaining their safety while still prioritizing a profitable environment.”
Jessica has worked as a safety professional for more than five years. Her career began with safety internships, which led to securing a full-time position as a Risk Solutions Consultant with a large insurance company. Her experience spans multiple industries, including serving as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager at a food manufacturer in Massachusetts, and as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist II at a government-contracted small arms manufacturer in New Hampshire.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Safety and Occupational Health Applied Sciences from Keene State College and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the same field. She has also obtained her Graduate Safety Practitioner (GSP®) certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
