Safety Management Consultant, WCP®
“Safety starts with caring about people. Leaders must show their employees that safety is the top priority in the workplace, and must be a core value for everyone in the organization. This commitment to safety helps develop relationships based on trust and respect. When your people know you care about them, the result is positive attitudes and a strong workplace safety culture."
