Rich has more than 30 years of experience at major property and casualty insurers, self-insured groups, and an insurance broker in Senior Loss Control consulting positions. He has served clients across a broad range of industries and services including manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and hospitality.

Rich earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member and past President of the American Society of Safety Professionals, Worcester County Chapter.
