MEMIC provides workers’ compensation and related employer insurance products and services in many states within the US. Below is a list of the states in which each company is authorized to write workers’ compensation insurance and/or employers’ liability insurance and employment practices liability insurance policies.
Maine Employers’ Mutual Insurance Company is authorized to write workers’ compensation and employers’ liability insurance policies in Maine, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Vermont.
Maine Employers’ Mutual Insurance Company is authorized to write employers’ liability insurance in Ohio and Washington.
Maine Employers’ Mutual Insurance Company is authorized to write employment practices liability insurance in Maine.
MEMIC Indemnity Company is authorized to write workers’ compensation and employers’ liability insurance policies in Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.
MEMIC Indemnity Company is authorized to write employers’ liability insurance in North Dakota, Ohio, Washington and Wyoming.
MEMIC Indemnity Company is authorized to write employment practices liability insurance in New Hampshire.
MEMIC Casualty Company is authorized to write workers’ compensation and employers’ liability insurance policies in Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland and Virginia.
