An in-depth investigation of an accident or a near miss is the best tool for eliminating the chance that it could happen again, as well as provide a learning opportunity for the company to identify and eliminate operational deficiencies associated with accidents. With top management commitment, and a well-defined investigation process, supervisors can take the lead and improve the overall operation. This half-day program will give your supervisors the tools they need to identify the root causes that resulted in an injury and how to use that information to implement corrective action.

As a result of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Develop a formal process for investigation workplace accidents.
• List 3 operational factors that result in workplace accidents.
• Develop an effective corrective action plan.
