MEMIC has established 401(k), profit sharing, and money purchase plans to help employees prepare for retirement. All full-time employees who are at least twenty-one years of age and have completed three months of service become eligible to participate in these plans at the next enrollment date.

MEMIC also provides less traditional benefits and services to help employees balance work and family. In addition to their regular vacation, holiday and personal time, employees can choose to purchase extra vacation time. Other services, including dry cleaning and postal services, are available on site.
