MEMIC is located at the corner of Cross and Commercial Streets in the downtown Portland district known as the Old Port. The building at 261 Commercial Street is a six-story, mirrored-glass structure that is set back from Commercial Street by about 100 feet. MEMIC does not have public parking. There are parking garages and metered parking in the area.

From the North on I-295:

Take Franklin Street Exit (Exit 7). Proceed on Franklin Street through six lights to Commercial Street. Go right on Commercial Street. MEMIC is located on the right just beyond the second traffic light.MEMIC does not have public parking. There are parking garages and metered parking in the area.

From the North (Maine Turnpike/I-95):
Take Exit 45 (formerly Exit 7) and go straight through exit. Bear right onto Portland Exit onto I-295, proceed to Exit 4 off I-295 (Portland Waterfront). Cross over the bridge and take a right at the the traffic light onto Commercial Street. Stay on Commercial Street (passes under the Casco Bay Bridge). MEMIC is located at 261 Commercial Street. There is no public parking for the MEMIC building, however there are parking garages as well as metered parking around the building.

From the South (Maine Turnpike/I-95):
Take Exit 44 (formerly Exit 6A) off of I-95. Off the exit, you will proceed on I-295 North. Take Exit 4 off I-295 (Portland Waterfront). Cross over the bridge and take a right at the traffice light onto Commercial Street. Stay on Commercial Street (passes under the Casco Bay Bridge). MEMIC is located at 261 Commercial Street. There is no public parking for the MEMIC building, however there are parking garages as well as metered parking around the building.

From the Portland International Jetport:
Follow the exit and I-295 signs out of the airport (at STOP sign, take left). At the traffic light at the airport exit, take a left onto Western Ave. Continue going straight on Western AVe. through the next four sets of traffic lights. After the fourth light, take your first left onto I-295 North. Take Exit 4 off I-295 (Portland Waterfront). Cross over the bridge take a right at the traffice light onto Commercial Street. Stay on Commercial Street (passes under the Casco Bay Bridge). MEMIC is located at 261 Commercial Street.
