Start at 261 Commercial St., Portland. Head southwest on Commercial St/US-1A toward Cross St. Turn left at Blue Star Memorial Hwy/US-1 (signs for US-1). Merge onto I-295 S via the ramp to So Portland/Scarborough. Take the exit onto I-95 S. Take exit 2 to merge onto RT-101 W. Take the exit onto I-93 N toward Concord. Follow I-89 S. Take the exit onto Everett Turnpike/I-93 S toward Manchester/Boston.
Continue to follow Everett Turnpike. Take exit 6 toward Amoskeag St/Goffstown Rd. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Amoskeag Bridge/Manchester and merge onto Amoskeag St. Slight right at Front St. Slight right at Amoskeag St (signs for Amoskeag Bridge/City Proper/Rte US-3). Continue on Amoskeag Bridge E. Continue on W. Salmon Street. Turn left at Daniel Webster Hwy/Elm St/US-3.

From the South (Boston):
Head north on Congress St toward State St. Turn right at Sudbury St (signs for I-93 N). Turn left to merge onto I-93 N toward Concord NH. Take exit 9S for US-3 S/RT-28 S toward Manchester. From the Manchester Airport:
Head northwest on Airport Rd toward Brown Ave/RT-3A. Continue straight onto Brown Ave/RT-3A. Turn left to merge onto I-293 N/RT-101 W toward Bedford/Nashua/Concord.
