I like keeping a paper record of my correspondence. Can I still do this? |

Yes. With E-Documents you can organize your records however you like – as electronic files, as paper copies, or both. When you print a copy of your E-Document it looks just like the paper document you receive in the mail today. You decide how much paper you want to keep…you’re in control. |

Will I need special software to view my E-Documents? |

No. E-Documents are viewable using Adobe® Reader®, which may already be installed on your PC. It is available for free at the Adobe web site and will self-install after you download it. Follow this link to download your free copy of the latest version of Adobe® Reader®.
