Registration for E-Document

MEMIC's E-Document will deliver and store Agency Reports and Policy Documents. You have the option to choose your delivery preference. Policy documents can be delivered to your in-box as an attachment each day or you can simply go to the MEMIC archive to retrieve your documents as needed. Please complete the required information below. Identify which policy documents you should have access to and which documents you prefer to receive in the form of an attachment.
